Product Description:
Lifting chain plate debris removal unit can be divided into three categories ( I II and II ) according to their structural dimensions. Category I is nice looking and compact in structure, which is suitable for the small-sized machine. Category II features strong and reliable structure, which is suitable for the large-and medium-sized machines and for long-distance transmission of the production line.
Lifting chain plate debris removal unit offers wide selection of transmission speed and working range and is of high working efficiency and has variable debris removal width. The amount of removed debris can be adjusted through varying the transmission speed regard less whatever materials are cut. It is suitable for the cutting operation of steel, cast iron, copper, aluminium and non-meta etc.
The chain plate is made of high strength steel plate or stainless steel plate. which are of high tensile strength.
The dimensions of different parts can be designed according to different parts can be designed according to different requirements of different cutting machines.
